I have a couple of notes and suggestions:
1. If the answer is N/A to the sub question, you may want to mark the item N/A.
2. If there are a few items that are applicable, you may want to consider copying and pasting a completed disclosure checklist from one binder to another, but ensure that other engagement teams understand that they should review the items for relevance on each audit. This may save some preparation time so you can focus on analysis.
